Vision’s early film and television career started in high school, where he partnered with Fox 4 News to raise funds for the Fox 4 Children’s Love Fund through a show he created called National Icon. After graduating, he expanded the show into the local community, where it ran for two seasons.

During COVID, Vision created The Living Room, a pilot concept that laid the foundation for what would become the FTP Podcast, officially launched in June 2025. Since its debut, the show has gained strong traction, with clips surpassing 300,000 views across several social media platforms.

In April 2026, Vision, alongside co-hosts Nikki and Trey, expanded the brand into the FTP Network, solidifying its growth from a grassroots concept into a rising media platform.

Nikki, born and raised in the County of Dade, comes from a city where reading isn’t just shade, it’s a lifestyle...and nobody’s safe.

As a content creator, Nikki delivers hard hitting commentary that’s raw, uncut, and served straight no chaser; with a sharp sense of humor that keeps it engaging without softening the message. 

The creative force behind FTP, Nikki is the visionary behind original songs, commercials, and merchandise, a body of work that pushes boundaries and sparks conversations. Everything she creates reflects her signature blend of humor, cultural awareness, and unapologetic truth.

Trey Rich is a Los Angeles based multi hyphenate artist who doesn't just step into a space, he transforms it.  From hosting and emceeing to choreography and creative direction, he has a gift for curating energy, bringing people together, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Trey is known as “The Architect" of  the FTP podcast. He brings humor, lightness, and his vocals to the show, cutting through heavy moments with ease,  keeping the energy up and adding a natural rhythm to the conversation from start to finish.

Jason is a performance automotive specialist and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in vehicle modification, ECU tuning, and software development.

With a foundation built in both hands-on engineering and advanced electronics, Jason specializes in ECU calibration, software development, and reverse engineering—working at the level where performance meets precision. His approach goes beyond bolt-on upgrades, focusing on unlocking the full potential of modern vehicles through deep system understanding and custom solutions.

His journey began internationally, studying in Edinburgh, Scotland, followed by a two-year internship with a Formula 3 race team in France. That early exposure to high-performance engineering and data-driven tuning continues to influence his work today.

Since 2003, Jason has built and operated automotive businesses across multiple markets, starting in Mesa, Arizona, expanding through California, and establishing a strong presence in Austin, Texas. Today, he operates between the United States and Medellín, Colombia, bringing high-level ECU and performance solutions to a global client base.

In addition to his work in the automotive sector, Jason is part of the FTP Podcast Network, contributing to conversations around politics, business, and growth.
